We change the board with the season and the market — these three anchor it most nights.

Charred Sourdough

House-milled flour, cultured butter, smoked honey. Baked to order in the hearth.

Ember-Roasted Half Chicken

Dry-brined 24 hours, finished over embers, served with pan drippings and charred lemon.

Root Vegetable Board

Whatever the farm sends — roasted whole, glazed, and finished with herb oil.

Our Story

Built around one fire, twelve years ago.

Ember & Oak started as a single wood-fired oven and a six-table room. The menu still bends to what's fresh, the fire still does most of the work, and the room still fills up early on Fridays. We kept it small on purpose.
